Excel Expertise Required

We are seeking applicants with demonstrated expertise in Excel for the following position.

Responsibilities:

• Posting financial transactions, including sales and purchases.
• Maintaining cash book reports and monitoring cash flow.
• Conducting physical audits of inventory and performing periodic inventory checks.
• Documenting financial transactions by accurately entering account information.
• Analyzing accounting options and providing recommendations for financial actions.
• Summarizing the current financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other relevant reports.
• Auditing documents to substantiate financial transactions.
• Developing and recommending accounting policies and procedures to maintain accounting controls.
• Coordinating activities and providing guidance to accounting clerical staff.
• Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Ensuring the security of financial information by completing database backups.
• Handling duty exemption processes.
• Verifying documentation and processing payments.
• Researching and interpreting accounting policies and regulations to address any related queries.
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements.
• Preparing special financial reports by analyzing account information and identifying trends.
• Following up on license renewals.
• Managing visa applications, government transactions, and HR procedures.
• Maintaining and managing payroll processes, including salary dispatch.
