This Senior hire who will be responsible for generating revenue within Clinical Effectiveness at Wolters Kluwer Arabia Limited, by creating sales opportunities and closing sales. Sells our unique CDS solutions - Up To Date & Up To Date Lexidrug directly to end users primarily via face-to-face contact. Assists management in devising direct sales plans and strategies. Wolters Kluwer Health's Clinical Effectiveness (CE) organization is a fast-growing and innovation-driven healthcare information technology (HIT) provider working on the front lines of clinical care. We provide market leading Clinical Decision Support (CDS) and Clinical Drug Information (CDI) solutions, Patient Engagement Solutions which can be licensed or integrated into clinical workflow electronic health records. Key Responsibilities: Generate new sales prospects, Create a Go-To-Market plan for the assigned territory; Communicate with functional teams on any risks and/or engagement needed; Travel to and attend conferences, events, and customer meetings as required; Achieve the annual assigned target by diversifying the funnel; Communicate with C-Suite regularly to secure the deals; Accurately forecast the potential quarter pipeline. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience;5+ years’ experience in Field Sales or Account Management or other equivalent experience; Solid understanding of business, financials, and the market, preferably with a reputation for providing expert knowledge within the healthcare sector. Excellent communication (both written & oral) and presentation skills; Native or Fluent Arabic speaker and English language fluency; Ability to plan own territory/account approach and manage own resources; Train and mentor junior staff.
