Senior talent analytics analyst

Summary Coordinates and communicates data analysis and collection efforts to promote data-driven Talent Analytics decisions across the organization. Essential Responsibilities and Duties1. Reviews date reports and other analytical tools to support the Department’s strategy in making data-driven decisions that serves the Organization.2. Assist in managing and improving existing Talent Analytics reporting systems by reviewing, developing process, flows and data collection.3. Assist in performing complex data analyses to produce executive summaries and detailed reports for higher management.4. Conducts, facilitates, educates and trains on, analyses, issues identification, organizational risk assessment, and decision-making processes.5. Utilizes statistical and analytical methodologies to perform analysis to test the reliability and validity of data as assigned.6. Analysis data and available information to determine root causes and introduce some solutions to overcome the issue/s.7. Works closely with all Human Capital teams to develop strategy for long term data platform architecture. Education Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information system, or other related discipline is required. Experience Required Five (5) years of related experience with Master’s, or seven (7) years with Bachelor’s Degree is required. Other Requirements(Certificates)Saudi National Only.
