HR Generalist

We are looking for HR Generalist Saudi National in AE7 Riyadh.

Your duties upon hire will include the following :-

Recruitment and Staffing :-

  • Overseeing the recruitment process, from sourcing CVs to creating job descriptions and posting vacancies to conducting interviews and assisting the AE7 management in making hiring decisions. Ensuring that AE7 attracts qualified candidates for various positions.

HR Documentation and Compliance :-

  • Assisting in the preparation of HR-related documents such as, offer letters, employment contracts, policies, and procedures and always ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Employee onboarding and orientation :-

  • Facilitating a smooth onboarding process for new employees, which involves introducing them to AE7's policies, culture, and procedures. This includes moderating orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with their roles and responsibilities.

HR Records Maintenance :-

  • Performing data entry tasks related to employee records and managing such records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. This includes updating personal information, employment history, and other relevant records.

Employee Relations Support :-

  • Assisting AE7 management in handling employee inquiries and concerns, directing them to the appropriate manager when necessary, and helping in organizing employee engagement activities.

Benefits Administration :-

  • Assisting AE7 management with inquiries related to benefits packages, enrollment, and changes, help in processing benefits paperwork, and liaising with benefit providers.

Training and Development Support :-

  • Helping AE7 management to organize training sessions and development programs for employees. This can include scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and preparing materials.

Payroll Support :-

  • Assisting AE7 management in payroll activities by addressing payroll-related queries from employees and managing payroll related websites.

HR Metrics and Reporting :-

  • Tracking HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and diversity statistics.

Strategic Planning :-

  • Collaborating with AE7 management to align HR strategies with the overall business goals of the organization, contributing to strategic planning by forecasting staffing needs and developing workforce plans accordingly.

Government Relations related to HR :-

  • Ensuring AE7’s compliance to the latest requirements of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Affairs, and including managing AE7’s accounts with the following and not limited to entities as required :-
