As a Technical Support Engineer, you will perform the following duties:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup, operating systems, networking systems and web services
- Install and configure computer hardware and software
- Provide accurate technical support to all employees
- Train staff on how to use different systems
- Monitor daily performance of technical systems
- Prioritize and manage the workflow
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology
- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar role
- Creative thinker, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Good command of English and Arabic languages (spoken & written)
- A+ and CCNA certificates are preferable
