الغرض من الوظيفة:
مسؤول عن تقديم رعاية تمريضية عالية الجودة تغير حياة المرضى من خلال ممارسات ممتازة قائمة على الأدلة للمرضى في البيئة السريرية. ويشمل هذا الدور تقييم المشكلات والاحتياجات الصحية للمريض، وإعداد وتطبيق خطط الرعاية التمريضية، وحفظ السجلات الطبية. يعمل الممرض القانوني عن كثب مع الأطباء والممرضين الآخرين ومتخصصي الرعاية الصحية لضمان تقديم أفضل رعاية للمرضى وتحقيق أفضل النتائج الصحية.
المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية
- المهام السريرية:
- إجراء تقييمات أولية ومستمرة لصحة المريض، بما في ذلك الفحوصات الجسدية، وأخذ العلامات الحيوية، ومراقبة الأعراض.
- إعداد وتطبيق وتحديث خطط الرعاية الفردية بناءً على تقييمات المريض وبالتعاون مع متخصصي الرعاية الصحية الآخرين.
- إعطاء الأدوية والعلاجات وفقاً لوصفات الأطباء ومراقبة الآثار الجانبية أو التفاعلات العكسية.
- تقديم الرعاية للجروح، بما في ذلك التنظيف والتضميد ومراقبة علامات العدوى.
- مساعدة الأطباء ومتخصصي الرعاية الصحية الآخرين أثناء الإجراءات الطبية والفحوصات التشخيصية.
- تثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والتدابير الوقائية.
- ملاحظة وتسجيل حالات المرضى، بما في ذلك التغييرات في الأعراض أو السلوكيات، وإبلاغ الفريق الطبي بأي تغييرات جوهرية.
- الاستجابة للحالات الطبية الطارئة تقديم الرعاية الفورية حسب الحاجة.
- إجراء جولات تفقدية هادفة للمرضى لضمان تلبية احتياجاتهم، ومنع المضاعفات، وتحسين الجودة الإجمالية للرعاية.
- الالتزام بمعايير مكافحة العدوى الصارمة، بما في ذلك نظافة اليدين، واستخدام معدات الحماية الشخصية (PPE)، والتعامل السليم مع المواد الخطرة.
- المشاركة في ترصد مكافحة العدوى والإبلاغ عنها للمساعدة في منع العدوى المكتسبة في المنشأة.
- الحفاظ على نظافة أغراض المرضى والمعدات وفقاً لسياسات فقيه للرعاية الصحية.
- اتباع البروتوكولات المعتمدة لحالات الطوارئ المختلفة (مثل الأكواد وفريق الاستجابة السريعة RRT)، مما يضمن سلامة المرضى والاستجابة الفعالة.
- الابتكار في رعاية المرضى وتطبيق الممارسات القائمة على الأدلة لتعزيز نتائج المرضى.
- المهام الإدارية:
- الحفاظ على سجلات رعاية المرضى دقيقة ومفصلة، بما في ذلك الملاحظات والتدخلات والاستجابات.
- التواصل بفعالية مع المرضى وعائلاتهم وفريق الرعاية الصحية لضمان تقديم رعاية منسقة وشاملة.
- التعاون مع متخصصي الرعاية الصحية الآخرين لضمان استمرارية ورعاية المرضى المتكاملة.
- المهام الداعمة:
- تقديم الدعم العاطفي للمرضى وعائلاتهم، ومعالجة المخاوف وتقديم الطمأنينة خلال الأوقات العصيبة.
- الدفاع عن احتياجات المرضى وتفضيلاتهم، وضمان احترام حقوقهم وسماع أصواتهم.
- المشاركة في التعليم والتدريب المستمر لمواكبة الممارسات والتقدم الطبي.
- احترام الخلفيات الثقافية المتنوعة ودمج قيم المرضى ومعتقداتهم في تخطيط الرعاية.
- الإشراف على عمل صغار الموظفين وطلاب التمريض تقديم التوجيه والدعم حسب الحاجة
- التعاون مع فريق متعدد التخصصات، بما في ذلك الأطباء والمعالجون والأخصائيون الاجتماعيون، لتقديم رعاية شاملة
- تحديد ومعالجة القضايا أو التحديات في رعاية المرضى والمساهمة في الحلول والتحسينات في الممارسة
- أي مهام أخرى يتم التكليف بها من قبل مدير التمريض في نطاق العمل
جميع موظفي فقيه للرعاية الصحية مسؤولون عن التحسين المستمر، بما في ذلك:
- أداء جميع المهام والواجبات بطريقة تدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الفرد في فقيه.
- المساهمة بفعالية في مبادرات التحسين المستمر، ضمن نطاق الدور الوظيفي.
- الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة والسعي الاستباقي لمعالجة أي مخاوف متعلقة بسلامة العمل.
- الحفاظ على السرية التامة لجميع المعلومات الحساسة التي يتم الاطلاع عليها أو مواجهتها أثناء العمل.
- الامتثال لسياسات ومعايير الأمن السيبراني لحماية أنظمة فقيه والمشاركة في التدريبات والمبادرات التوعوية لمنع التهديدات السيبرانية.
- الالتزام بقواعد السلوك والسياسات والمعايير الأخلاقية لفقيه للرعاية الصحية والدفاع عنها.
- إكمال التعليم الإجباري وفقاً للمتطلبات، قبل شهر واحد على الأقل من تاريخ الانتهاء.
المتطلبات
المهارات والقدرات
- مهارات ممتازة في التعامل مع الآخرين والتركيز على تقديم الخدمة
- القدرة على إدارة ضغط العمل ومهارات العمل الجماعي
- مهارات استخدام الكمبيوتر (Word، Excel، PowerPoint، الطباعة وغيرها)
- مهارات مكتبية (إعداد جدول الأعمال وتدوين محاضر الاجتماعات، ومسح المستندات ضوئياً، وغيرها)
الخبرة
- خبرة سريرية لا تقل عن سنة واحدة
- برنامج التمريض المقيم (RN resident): يخضع الموظفون الذين لديهم خبرة أقل من سنة واحدة لبرنامج إقامة التمريض (خريجي فقيه)
المؤهل العلمي
درجة البكالوريوس في التمريض أو ما يعادلها
اللغة
إتقان ممتاز للغة الإنجليزية، وتعد اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
التراخيص / الشهادات
ترخيص من بلد المنشأ، ترخيص ممارسة المهنة وفقاً للهيئة التنظيمية الصحية الإقليمية مثل (الهيئة السعودية للمتخصصات الصحية SCFHS / هيئة الصحة بدبي DHA)، وشهادة دعم الحياة الأساسي BLS، وشهادة دعم الحياة القلبي المتقدم ACLS، وغيرها من دورات LSTC حسب ما هو مطبق.
Description
Job Purpose:
Responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care that transforms lives through excellent evidence-based practices to patients in a clinical setting. The role includes assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records. The Registered Nurse works closely with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Clinical Duties:
- Conducts initial and ongoing assessments of patient's health, including physical examinations, taking vital signs, and monitoring symptoms.
- Develops, implements, and updates individualized care plans based on patient assessments and in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Administers medications and treatments as physicians prescribe and monitor for side effects or adverse reactions.
- Provides care for wounds, including cleaning, dressing, and monitoring for signs of infection.
- Assists physicians and other healthcare professionals during medical procedures and diagnostic tests.
- Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
- Observe and record patients' conditions, including changes in symptoms or behaviors, and report any significant changes to the medical team.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.
- Conducts purposeful rounding for patients to ensure their needs are met, prevent complications, and improve overall care quality.
- Adhere to strict infection control standards, including hand hygiene, personal protective equipment (PPE) use, and proper handling of hazardous materials.
- Participate in infection control surveillance and reporting to help prevent facility-acquired infection.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the patient items and equipment as per Fakeeh Care policies.
- Follow established protocols for different emergencies (e.g., codes, and RRT), ensuring patient safety and effective response.
- Innovate in patient care and implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintains accurate and detailed patient care records, including observations, interventions, and responses.
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patient care is continuous and integrated.
- Supportive Duties:
- Provides emotional support to patients and their families, addressing concerns and offering reassurance during stressful times.
- Advocates for patients' needs and preferences, ensuring that their rights are respected, and their voices are heard.
- Participates in ongoing education and training to stay current with medical practices and advancements.
- Respect diverse cultural backgrounds and incorporate patient values and beliefs into care planning.
- Oversees the work of junior staff and nursing students and provides guidance and support as needed
- Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care
- Identifies and addresses issues or challenges in patient care and contributes to solutions and improvements in practice
- Other duties as assigned by the nursing manager within the scope of the job

Experience
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience
- RN resident: Staff with less than one year of experience will go through the RN residency program (Fakeeh Graduate)
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent
Language
Excellent command of the English language and Arabic is a plus.
Licenses / Certifications
License from the country of origin, License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS / DHA), BLS, ACLS and other LSTC courses as applicable.
