تنفيذ أعمال التركيب، والتشغيل التجريبي، والمعايرة، وبدء التشغيل لأنظمة محولات التردد للجهد المتوسط (MV VFD). تشخيص وإصلاح أعطال المحركات وإجراء الصيانة التصحيحية. تقديم دعم الخدمة الميدانية في الموقع والإرشادات الفنية للعملاء. التعاون مع فرق المشروع لضمان إنجاز تسليمات العمل في الوقت المحدد. الاحتفاظ بتقارير خدمة وسجلات وتوثيقات دقيقة. تقديم دورات تدريبية للعملاء حول تشغيل وصيانة أنظمة محولات التردد. إضفاء الالتزام بمعايير السلامة وسياسات الشركة خلال جميع الأنشطة الميدانية. تنسيق قطع الغيار والخدمات اللوجستية لطلبات الصيانة.
المؤهلات المطلوبة للمرشح
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الإلكترونية أو هندسة الأتمتة. خبرة من 5 إلى 7 سنوات في الخدمة الميدانية مع محولات التردد للجهد المتوسط. خبرة فنية عملية في محركات Innomotics. خبرة مثبتة في التعامل مع منصات GH150 و GH180. مهارات ميدانية غير فنية قوية: التواصل مع العملاء، والتنظيم، والعمل الجماعي. القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات الكهربائية والأدلة وبرامج التشخيص. الاستعداد للفرس الميداني والتنقل المتكرر داخل المنطقة. إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية؛ وتعتبر إجادة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
Perform installation, commissioning, calibration, and start-up of MV VFD systems Diagnose and troubleshoot drive faults and perform corrective maintenance Provide on-site field service support and technical guidance to clients Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables Maintain accurate service reports, logs, and documentation Conduct customer training sessions on operation and maintenance of VFD systems Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all field activities Coordinate spare parts and logistics for service calls
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Automation Engineering 5 7 years of field service experience with medium-voltage VFDs Hands-on technical expertise with Innomotics drives Proven experience with GH150 and GH180 platforms Strong non-technical field service skills: client communication, organization, and teamwork Ability to interpret electrical schematics, manuals, and diagnostic software Willingness to travel frequently within the region Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
