Key Areas Alkylation High Olefin FCCMTBE Metathesis (Methyl Tert-Butyl Ether) Naphtha Reforming
Requirements Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in the above process areas. Strong experience in Refinery, Petrochemical, and Oil & Gas industries. In-depth practical knowledge of process operations, equipment, procedures, and safety standards related to monomer/process units. Ability to evaluate technical/job-task competency against established operational standards. Strong understanding of start-up, shutdown, normal and emergency operating procedures. Ability to identify competency gaps and provide objective technical evaluation and reporting. Good English communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills.
Important: Candidates must have direct hands-on experience in the relevant process units. Generic training or evaluator experience without relevant operational experience will not be considered.
