Join Fakeeh Care Group as a Laboratory Technician! We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to play a vital role in providing information for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases by performing essential medical laboratory tests and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize work by matching computer orders with specimen labeling, sorting specimens, checking labeling, and logging specimens.
- Cooperate in a team environment, attending overtime and holidays as necessary.
- Operate various laboratory equipment and perform minor troubleshooting as required.
- Maintain quality results by running standards and controls and verifying equipment function.
- Contribute to a safe environment by following established protocols and respecting patient confidentiality.
- Collect and process samples in accordance with lab protocols.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training opportunities.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Medical Science, or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (verbal and written).
- Possession of a relevant practice license (* SCFHS / DHA).
