Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Manager located in Riyadh. The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, organize administrative activities, maintain office systems and supplies, coordinate with staff, and support the team to ensure a smooth work environment. Additional responsibilities include liaising with vendors and suppliers, managing schedules, and providing excellent customer service to address any client needs.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to interact effectively with staff, clients, and vendors Experience in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance to manage day-to-day office operations efficiently Familiarity with Office Equipment and basic troubleshooting capabilities Organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities Proficient with common office software tools, such as MS Office Suite Relevant experience in a similar role is preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in office management, business administration, or a related field
