Job Overview The Project Site Coordinator will support the Project Manager in the delivery of fit-out construction and renovation works for new premium airport lounges, hotels, F&B outlets, and related projects located within airport terminals in KSA and, where required, across the EMEA region.
The role involves day-to-day coordination with contractors, consultants, airport authorities, and airport security teams to ensure the smooth execution of works in full compliance with airport regulations, security protocols, and approved project schedules.
Job Responsibilities Coordinate daily site activities with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure proper sequencing of works and timely delivery of materials. Manage site coordination within the airport environment, ensuring full compliance with airside and landside access regulations and operational requirements. Prepare, compile, review, and submit all documentation required for airside pass applications, coordinating closely with airport security and relevant authorities. Manage document submissions through applicable airport, authority, and government portals, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely approvals. Serve as the primary point of contact for liaison with Airport Authority departments, security offices, and relevant government entities. Monitor contractor compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, safety standards, and airport operational constraints. Support the coordination of inspections, approvals, and site access permits required by the Airport Authority and security agencies. Assist in preparing and reporting project progress updates, site issues, risks, and coordination matters to the Project Manager. Facilitate effective communication between English- and Arabic-speaking stakeholders. Ensure adherence to approved project schedules, airport regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements throughout the project duration. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Global Project Director, EMEA Associate Project Director, and Site Project Manager.
Job Requirements Saudi National Excellent command of spoken and written Arabic and English Degree holder in Architecture, Engineering or equivalent Minimum 5 years’ experience in Engineering/ Construction, Project Management, preferably in hospitality or catering industry with knowledge and experience in F&B sector, airport lounges, and airport hotels. Excellent problem solving, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills Highly – organized, capable of working under pressure with multi – task assignments Good team player with mature and positive working attitude Willing to work overtime Willing to travel across Middle Eastern countries, when needed.
