The Position: Procurement Director Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities:Strategic Procurement: Design and implement a world-class procurement strategy for heavy machinery and group-wide assets. Global Partnerships: Build and manage strategic relationships with international OEMs and top-tier local suppliers. Commercial Negotiation: Lead high-value negotiations to maximize cost-efficiency and ensure premium service levels. Supply Chain Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end supply chain, including international logistics, customs, and delivery. Operations Support: Ensure all technical requirements, including necessary components and equipment support, are met to maintain zero downtime. Team Leadership: Direct and mentor the procurement department, fostering a culture of high performance and digital transformation. Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities align with Saudi regulations and international standards.
Requirements:Experience: Minimum 12+ years in a senior procurement role within the Industrial or Heavy Equipment sectors. Leadership: Proven track record of managing large procurement departments and complex portfolios. Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic planning capabilities. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
