About Seylany Seylany is a fast-growing premium FMCG brand bringing high-quality Sri Lankan products (Ceylon Cinnamon, Tea, wellness essentials) to the Saudi market. We are building a performance-driven influencer engine, not random shoutouts. We’re looking for someone who understands how influencer marketing actually drives sales, not just views.
The Role As our Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you will own the full influencer lifecycle — from sourcing to execution to performance tracking. This is not a basic outreach role. You will be expected to think commercially.
Key Responsibilities Identify, shortlist, and onboard relevant influencers (Tik Tok, Instagram, Snapchat) Preferably with experience in FMCG / food / wellness / lifestyle Coordinate content briefs, timelines, approvals, and posting schedules Ensure influencers deliver conversion-focused content, not vanity posts Track influencer performance (reach, engagement, clicks, sales where applicable) Maintain influencer database (contacts, pricing, performance history) Coordinate closely with the content & ads team Negotiate deliverables, usage rights, and repost permissions Support influencer content repurposing for paid ads
✅ Requirements Minimum 3 years experience in influencer marketing Strong understanding of Saudi / GCC social media landscape Experience working with brands, not agencies only (preferred) Arabic (native or fluent) — must English (professional communication) — must Organized, proactive, detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
