The Company A fast-growing local distributor headquartered in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join its leadership team. The company imports products from global and local suppliers and distributes them to pharmacies nationwide as well as online platforms. This is a high-impact role within a rapidly expanding organisation that values initiative, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations including importation, warehousing, distribution, and last-mile delivery Ensure full compliance with SFDA regulations related to medicines, OTC products, storage, transportation, and traceability Manage relationships with international and local suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners Oversee inventory planning, demand forecasting, replenishment, and stock optimisation across physical and online channels Ensure efficient and timely distribution to pharmacies and e-commerce platforms Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation, automation, and system enhancements Work closely with Commercial, Finance, Quality, and Regulatory teams Monitor KPIs related to service levels, inventory turns, expiry management, and cost efficiency

Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of relevant supply chain experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or regulated FMCGStrong understanding of SFDA regulations related to import, storage, and distribution Experience managing multi-site distribution and omnichannel supply chains Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, automated supply chain tools, and advanced Excel Hands-on, analytical, and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset Supply Chain certifications (e.g. APICS / CPIM / CSCP or equivalent) are a strong advantage Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia at the time of application
