Role Description
We are a leading Sports Tech company in Saudi Arabia looking for an Accounting Manager to own end-to-end accounting and ensure accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and high visibility.
Key responsibilities • Own full-cycle accounting: AP/AR, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting. • Manage invoicing, settlements, payment processing, and documentation with strong controls. • Prepare management reports and ensure data accuracy and audit-ready trails. • Maintain clear accounting processes and support continuity (handover-friendly documentation). • Drive disciplined, system-led finance operations (ERP/CRM-based workflows).
Requirements (must-have) • Currently based in Riyadh and available for on-site work. • Strong experience in KSA accounting operations, reconciliations, and reporting. • Hands-on experience with Al Rajhi dashboards/platform functions and ZATCA filing. 
Preferred • Experience with Odoo (or strong ERP accounting background and ability to enforce ERP-first workflows).  • Experience working in high-growth environments (tech/fintech/Saa S/startups). • High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently.
What success looks like (first 60–90 days) • Clean reconciliations and dependable monthly reporting. • Clear, repeatable settlement and invoicing process. • Strong documentation and continuity plan for finance operations.
