Job Overview The Architectural Draftsman is responsible for preparing and updating architectural and planning drawings for a government project focused on land grant closure procedures and land regulation. The role involves coordinating with planning engineers to ensure accuracy, compliance with standards, and completion of required documentation.
Requirements:Diploma in Architectural Drafting (mandatory). Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural drafting. Proficient use of Auto CAD. Knowledge of architectural and planning drawings and regulatory layouts. Ability to update and revise drawings based on technical instructions. Experience with land-related or grant-related drawings is an advantage. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Good communication skills and ability to work within a team. Fluency in Arabic; basic knowledge of English is preferred.
