Key Responsibilities:
Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external training programs. Oversee HRDF (Hadaf) training programs, ensuring full compliance with requirements and proper documentation. Communicate with training providers, institutes, and internal departments to confirm training schedules and requirements. Track training needs, collect training requests, and support the development of annual training plans. Maintain training records, attendance sheets, and employee development files in an organized and up-to-date manner. Prepare and submit training reports to management and relevant authorities as needed. Monitor training program effectiveness and gather feedback to evaluate learning outcomes. Follow up on trainees’ progress and ensure timely completion of training tasks and assignments. Assist in onboarding training for new employees and support functional training for different departments. Ensure adherence to company policies and HRDF guidelines throughout all training processes. Support continuous improvement of training processes and employee development initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources.3–6 years of experience in training program coordination or training administration. Experience with HRDF (Hadaf) training programs and compliance requirements. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external training providers. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
