مسؤول الحركة والصيانة مسؤول عن إدارة تشغيل الأسطول وتنسيق عمليات الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية للمركبات والمعدات لضمان جاهزيتها وسلامتها وفعالية تكاليفها.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:

جدولة ومتابعة تحركات المركبات وتوزيع السائقين بحسب متطلبات التشغيل. التخطيط وتنفيذ برامج الصيانة الوقائية والتنسيق مع فِرق الصيانة لإتمام الإصلاحات الطارئة والمخططة. إجراء فحوصات دورية للمركبات والمعدات وتوثيق حالة كل أصل وتوصيات الإصلاح. مراقبة تكاليف الصيانة والوقود ورفع تقارير دورية واقتراحات لتحسين الكفاءة وخفض التكاليف. التنسيق مع المقاولين والموردين الخارجيين وشركات التأمين عند الحاجة. ضمان الالتزام بلوائح السلامة، إجراءات التشغيل القياسية، وقوانين المرور ذات الصلة. إعداد تقارير أداء الأسطول (مؤشرات الجاهزية، أوقات التوقف، تكاليف الصيانة) وتقديمها للإدارة المباشرة.

المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة:

شهادة دبلوم أو بكالوريوس خبرة عملية من 3 إلى 5 سنوات على الأقل في إدارة أسطول أو صيانة مركبات/معدات. معرفة عملية بصيانة المركبات وأنظمة التشخيص وإجراءات الأمن والسلامة. مهارات تنظيمية وإدارية قوية وقدرة على إدارة فرق ومتابعة أولويات متعددة. مهارات تواصل فعّالة بمستويي العربية والإنجليزية واحترافية في إعداد التقارير. إجادة استخدام الحاسب (MS Office) وأنظمة إدارة الصيانة إن وجدت (CMMS). رخصة قيادة صالحة وفهم جيد لقوانين المرور المحلية.

The Traffic and Maintenance Officer is responsible for managing fleet operations and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance for vehicles and equipment to ensure availability, safety, and cost-effectiveness. The role works closely with operations teams and vendors to meet schedules, manage inventory, and provide accurate reporting to management.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

Schedule and monitor vehicle movements and assign drivers according to operational requirements. Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs and coordinate maintenance teams to perform emergency and planned repairs. Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and equipment, document asset condition, and recommend repairs or replacements. Monitor maintenance and fuel costs, prepare periodic reports, and propose measures to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Coordinate with external contractors, suppliers, and insurance providers as required. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, standard operating procedures, and relevant traffic laws. Prepare fleet performance reports (availability, downtime, maintenance costs) and present findings to line management.

Qualifications And Skills

Diploma or bachelor’s degree. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fleet management or vehicle/equipment maintenance. Practical knowledge of vehicle maintenance, diagnostic systems, and safety procedures. Strong organizational and supervisory skills with the ability to manage teams and multiple priorities. Effective communication skills in Arabic and English and ability to prepare professional reports. Proficiency with computers (MS Office) and familiarity with maintenance management systems (CMMS) is an advantage. Valid driving license and good understanding of local traffic regulations.
