ABOUT THE ROLE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HR, Administration & Compliance Support the Group Head of Human Resources and Country Director – KSA in delivering HR and administrative functions across KSA assets. Oversee administrative policies, procedures, audits, and follow-ups to ensure compliance with internal standards and KSA regulations. Support company licence applications, renewals, and related government documentation, ensuring timely submission and follow-up with authorities. Maintain accurate filing systems, records, office equipment, and supplies in line with KH Record Retention and administrative policies. Manage all official correspondence and documentation, ensuring proper recordkeeping and timely distribution. Stay informed of KSA legislative updates and support the implementation of compliant HR and administrative practices.
Government Relations Support employment and government-related processes in line with KSA regulatory systems, including employee records management (past, present, and future). Administer visa and entry processes for employees and taskforces, in coordination with relevant government entities. Monitor and support Saudization compliance, maintaining accurate workforce data and statutory reporting. Support group HR activities across KSA assets, ensuring alignment with KH policies and local labour law. Provide administrative and compliance support across government platforms (e.g. Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, Absher, where applicable).
Recruitment & Operations Support Support recruitment activities for KSA assets, including talent research, interview coordination, onboarding documentation, and compliance checks. Assist with travel arrangements, taskforce coordination, and administrative follow-ups for KSA operations. Provide direct administrative and compliance support to senior leadership, particularly in government relations, licensing, and regulatory documentation.
Reporting & Financial Support Prepare accurate reports, presentations, budgets, and operational trackers with strong attention to detail. Develop and maintain advanced Power Point presentations and Excel reports for senior management and audits. Support basic financial administration and cost tracking in coordination with Finance; finance or accounting background is an advantage.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS5 years Human Resources Administrative support experience. Experience with MS office applications and outlook required. Strong understanding of Saudi Labour Law and HR administration Hands-on experience with KSA government platforms Advanced Power Point and Excel skills High attention to detail and organizational ability Professional communication skills in Arabic and English Ability to work independently and support senior stakeholders
