Job Details

We’re looking for a Senior 3D Artist to craft high-quality real-time 3D content and helpraise the bar on visual quality across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with designers, artists, and developers to build immersive experiences—owning assets from concept/briefthrough final in-engine implementation—while improving pipelines, standards, andperformance. This role blends artistic excellence with real-time technical execution (Unity +optimization + production discipline). What You’ll Do• Create high-quality real-time environments and props (and occasionallycharacters/interactive assets as needed).• Own the full asset pipeline: modeling → UVs → baking → PBR texturing →LODs/colliders → prefab setup in Unity.• Set up and refine materials/shaders in-engine (URP), and support scene polish(lighting, post-processing, probes, lightmaps).• Optimize assets and scenes for target platforms (draw calls, memory, texture budgets,LOD strategy, occlusion, batching).• Partner with leads to define and evolve art direction, style consistency, and qualitystandards.• Improve workflows: naming conventions, folder structures, export/import guidelines, documentation, and review checklists.• Provide constructive feedback, conduct art reviews, and mentor other artists whenneeded.• Research and propose new tools/techniques that improve quality, speed, and stability. Core Requirements• Proven senior-level experience delivering production-ready real-time 3D assets.• Strong portfolio showing in-engine results (Unity screenshots/videos preferred),covering realistic and/or stylized work.• Proficiency in Blender and/or 3ds Max (strong capability in at least one).• Strong texturing workflow using Substance Painter/Designer; Photoshop knowledgeis a plus.• Solid understanding of PBR workflows, UVs, baking, and real-time materialconstraints.• Practical experience implementing content in Unity (prefabs, materials, lighting, andtroubleshooting import/setup issues).• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and readability in real-time scenes.• Excellent communication in English and comfort collaborating cross-functionally(design, engineering, production). Nice-to-Have• Character pipeline experience: clean topology, basic rigging prep, skinningawareness, simple animation integration.• Shader Graph / URP optimization experience.• Experience shipping for VR/mobile constraints (Quest-class or mobile GPUbudgets).• Familiarity with version control workflows (Git/LFS, Plastic, Perforce) and assetmanagement practices.• Experience creating modular kits, trim sheets, decals, and scalable environmentsystems. Responsibilities• High-quality, efficient, textured models for props and environment assets.• Clean topology, UVs, bake-ready meshes; proper pivot/orientation/scale conventions.• LODs and colliders; performant prefab setup and material configuration in Unity.• Scene validation and optimization to meet performance targets.• Contribution to workflow documentation and continuous process improvements.• Maintaining and organizing art libraries, material sets, reusable kits, and productiontemplates.• Mentoring and supporting quality standards across the art team.
