We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead, develop, and oversee all engineering operations, projects, and technical activities within the company. The ideal candidate will ensure effective project planning, strong technical leadership, and high-quality execution across all engineering functions. Experience in the food & beverage or restaurant sector (F&B/QSR) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the engineering department, supervising architects, engineers, and project teams. • Oversee all engineering projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with company standards and operational requirements. • Review and approve design proposals, engineering specifications, and project plans. • Ensure all projects comply with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Projects, Maintenance, Supply Chain) to support business needs. • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines to achieve successful delivery. • Evaluate contractor and consultant performance and ensure adherence to quality and contractual obligations. • Develop and implement engineering procedures, standards, and continuous improvement practices. • Provide technical leadership, problem-solving support, and strategic recommendations to senior management. • Prepare department reports, project updates, and risk assessments.
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Master’s degree is a plus. • 8–12 years of experience in engineering/architectural roles. • Preferred: Experience in the food & beverage, QSR, or hospitality sector. • Strong knowledge of design standards, construction regulations, and project management methodologies. • Proven experience managing multiple projects and diverse engineering teams. • Proficiency in engineering and design software (Auto CAD, Revit, PM tools).
