Job Details

Job Objective Support the Sales and Operations teams from the moment a Purchase Order (PO) and Approval Package (AP) are received until the project is successfully handed over to the customer. Ensure smooth coordination, timely delivery, technical compliance, and full customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities1. Project Coordination & Site Management Conduct periodic visits to critical project sites. Attend progress meetings with customers, contractors, and consultants. Prepare and share detailed progress reports with Sales and Operations teams.2. Delivery & Logistics Management Update and follow up on delivery schedules for critical projects. Coordinate closely with CSD and factory teams to ensure timely equipment delivery. Escalate any potential delays and work with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly. Follow up with warehouse teams to ensure all equipment and documents are ready for dispatch.3. Technical Support & Documentation Support customers with all technical details required for MIR (Material Inspection Request) approval. Report any mismatch between delivered units and project plans; coordinate with Product Management, Operations, and Factory for corrections. Ensure all project documents are aligned with the project scope of work. Prepare and maintain a complete project folder including all documentation.4. Internal & External Communication Act as the focal point of contact between: Customer / Sales / Operations / Service / CSD / Warehouse / Product Management teams. Ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of issues.5. Service & Warranty Coordination Coordinate with the Service team for Start‑up & Commissioning (S&C) activities and closing related comments. Follow up with the Service Warranty team to close any open claims related to project equipment.6. After‑Sales Support Support supply and installation of any missing or non-delivered parts (e.g., motors, fans, etc.) through CSD/ASYM. Maintain strong customer relationship and support during and after project execution.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (mandatory). Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC or related fields. PMP certification is preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills. Ability to travel up to 30% of work time. Good communication skills in English.
