Job Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between clients, stakeholders, and software development teams to ensure clear communication, aligned objectives, and successful delivery of business and technical solutions. Key Responsibilities Act as a primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and software development teams to ensure clarity of communication and alignment of business goals. Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from clients and internal stakeholders. Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications, including:Business Requirements Documents (BRD) Functional Requirements Documents (FRD) Software Requirements Specification (SRS) User Stories, including writing user stories related to Microsoft Azure solutions and cloud system requirements Process Flow Diagrams Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) Collaborate closely with development, design, Quality Assurance (QA), and IT teams to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of requirements. Demonstrate knowledge of QA concepts and participate in reviewing scenarios, test cases, and validating requirements against quality standards. Support the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from analysis through deployment and post-launch phases. Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies for digital initiatives and system development. Organize and manage workshops, meetings, and presentations with clients and internal teams. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements. Monitor implemented solutions and propose continuous improvements based on performance metrics and user feedback. Support project management activities, including timeline tracking, approvals, and preparation of progress reports. Requirements Strong analytical and documentation skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, particularly Microsoft Azure. Fluency in English.
