Head of International Market | Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
What This Role Is About Our client is seeking a Head of International Market, based in Jeddah, to lead international market expansion and growth for an FMCG business.
This role will own the international commercial strategy, drive revenue growth across export markets, and build strong go-to-market models with a clear focus on direct distribution.
You will lead market-entry strategies, distributor and partner management, pricing, and execution, while ensuring strong alignment with the Saudi base and regional operations.
Working closely with senior leadership, supply chain, and commercial teams, you will play a key role in scaling international markets and strengthening the company’s global footprint.
The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit
Proven senior-level experience in FMCG with responsibility for international or export markets. Mandatory experience in Direct Distribution models. Candidates must have strong, hands-on experience managing Export Saudi markets. Track record of building and scaling international markets from a Saudi base. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and partner management capabilities. Strategic thinker with an execution-driven mindset and leadership presence.
