Job Summary:The Field Operations & Trade Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting and executing field force operations, trade marketing activities, in-store visibility, incentives, and reporting. The role ensures effective deployment of promoters, merchandisers, and supervisors while coordinating activations, POSM, events, and market intelligence reporting to support brand and sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities Include:Hiring and managing promoters (Permanent & Weekend), merchandisers, and supervisors Preparing job descriptions, attendance tracking, and salary sheets Setting monthly and seasonal sales targets and tracking performance vs. achievement Designing and closing incentive and tactical incentive programs Supporting POSM planning, deployment, and tracking Coordinating and supporting brand events (logistics, demos, hotels, lounges, transfers) Managing in-store sampling activities, budgets, and presentations Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering market activity, visibility, competitors, rebates, and assets
Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong Power Point and Excel skills (formulas, pivots; VBA is a plus) Analytical and reporting skills with strong attention to detail Power BI knowledge is an advantage Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an added advantage) Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines effectively
