Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and execute the company’s long-term strategy and business roadmap. Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and assess risks. Drive sustainable growth and profitability across all business lines. Business Development Expand into new markets, sectors, and customer segments. Build strong partnerships with key clients, principals, and suppliers. Lead major negotiations, tenders, and strategic partnerships. Introduce and grow new electrical brands in the Saudi market. Operational Management Provide overall leadership across all departments. Ensure efficient implementation of operational policies and quality standards. Monitor KPIs and continuously improve performance and efficiency. Financial Management Prepare and manage annual budgets. Work closely with the finance team to improve margins and profitability. Review financial performance and present insights to stakeholders. Stakeholder Management Represent the company with clients, authorities, and industry bodies. Build strong relationships with government entities and key partners.???? Requirements7–10 years of experience in the electrical industry, including 3–4 years in KSA. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. Strong commercial and business development mindset. Sales background is a strong advantage. Proven ability to introduce, develop, and scale new brands.
