**Job Responsibilities:**1. Develop overall human resources strategies and plans.2. Formulate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.3. Oversee recruitment, compensation, performance management, employee training, and continuously optimize these processes.4. Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and solutions to management personnel.
**Qualifications:**1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 5 years of HR work experience.2. Experience in multiple HR functional areas(Saudization,Outsourcing,Logistics,etc.); team management experience is preferred.3. Proficient in English for daily communication in the workplace.
