Company Description Children with Disability Association (CDA) is one of the largest child rehabilitation institutions in the Arab world, offering free educational and medical rehabilitation programs to over 4,000 children annually. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position in Jeddah for a Speech Language Pathologist. The role involves providing speech therapy to children with various communication, language, and swallowing disorders. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating children with speech, language, and swallowing challenges, as well as developing individualized therapy plans and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care and integration for the children.
Qualifications Expertise in Speech Therapy and addressing Speech challenges Proficiency in evaluating and treating Dysphagia and Communication Disorders Experience addressing a range of Language Disorders Strong ability to create individualized therapy plans tailored to the needs of each child Compassionate approach and excellent interpersonal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support the rehabilitative goals of children Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field Relevant licensure or certification to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
