What You'll Be Doing: Support in executing brand-building campaigns that ensure Boutiqaat voice is bold, consistent, and unforgettable Collect and analyze customer insight data to identify opportunities for campaign improvement Contribute to brainstorming sessions for creative content, promotions, and event concepts Assist in content creation for marketing material and digital promotions Support marketing activities related to key categories like beauty, fashion, fragrances, and sports Collaborate with category managers on product launches and promotional events. Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness across digital platforms Prepare presentations for product launches and campaign results Track trends and customer engagement to optimize strategy. Manage Asana marketing calendars for men’s and women’s categories Coordinate in-app visual and text marketing content (homepages, push notifications, etc.) Host weekly meetings with internal teams to align marketing goals
What You Bring to the Table: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field 2–3 years of hands-on experience in marketing or social media Professional marketing certification is a plus Excellent bilingual communication (Arabic & English) Creative thinker with an analytical edge Strong grasp of market research, data interpretation, and campaign evaluation Familiarity with social media trends, CMS platforms, and presentation tools Able to pitch ideas, speak confidently in meetings, and drive collaborative discussions Why Boutiqaat?
