Role Overview We are looking for a senior Service Now architect to lead solution architecture, technical quality, and pre-sales assurance. This role owns architectural standards, quality gates, and ensures delivery excellence from proposal to hypercare. This is a highly visible role working across pre-sales, delivery, and executive leadership. Key Responsibilities Own solution architecture standards and patterns Lead estimates, deal assurance, and technical sign-off Support demos, proposals, POCs, and RFP responses Define standards for configuration, development, and integrations Govern testing, UAT, go-live, and hypercare readiness Ensure technical quality across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, CMDBAct as the final authority on technical decisions and design integrity Required Experience10+ years in Service Now architecture / technical leadership Strong hands-on background across core Service Now modules Experience supporting pre-sales and large deal pursuits Proven ability to balance speed, quality, and scalability Excellent communication with both technical and executive audiences Nice to Have Service Now CTA / CMA (or on path) Experience in Saudi / GCC enterprise or government programs Exposure to managed services and large-scale transformations
