Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of revolutionizing the entertainment sector in Saudi Arabia, and we are in search of a skilled and analytical professional for the role of Manager - Planning and Reporting (MAS7). This pivotal position will be responsible for driving the planning and reporting processes, ensuring that our financial strategies are correctly aligned with Qiddiya's ambitious goals.

As the Manager of Planning and Reporting, you will play a crucial role in developing budgets, forecasts, and performance reports, providing valuable insights to support strategic decisions across the organization. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure effective communication of financial performance and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Support the preparations of budgets, forecast, Financial reporting, MI and insights for operating assets Track and analyze actual performance and provide variance analysis and insights to Director and leadership Support the development of dashboards and performance reports using power BIPartner and Finance organization as required to provide actionable insight Support benchmarking activities to monitor operational performance versus market Drive continuous improvement of processes within team Support key decision making regarding operating models, investment decisions Other tasks and ad-hoc requirements as assigned by the line manager

Requirements

A recognized accounting qualification in addition to a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field A minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in finance and FP&A is require A track record of demonstrating problem solving and analytical skill, with ability to provide recommendations with a high level of business acumen Experience in developing dashboards using Power BI or similar tools (Develop / Maintain) Exceptional communication and presentations skills to deliver financial insights and reporting for executive leadership Proven experience of working in cross-functional teams and with senior stakeholders
