What You’ll DoCustomer Service Support: Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, delivering timely and accurate assistance. Walk-In Support: Assist walk-in customers at the office, provide information on products/services, and ensure a professional first impression. Issue Resolution: Resolve customer concerns related to accounts, scheduling, payments, and service issues, escalating complex cases when necessary. Customer Experience Management: Ensure a smooth and positive experience for both walk-in and online customers by following service standards and SOPs. Internal Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Academic teams to support customer needs and resolve issues efficiently. System Updates: Accurately record customer interactions and walk-in visits in the CRM system.

What We’re Looking For Experience in customer service, front desk, reception, waiter, or hospitality is an advantage. Comfortable interacting with walk-in customers as well as handling calls and digital channels. Professional appearance, strong interpersonal skills, and customer-first mindset. Ability to multitask between in-person support and system-based case handling.
