Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Line Cook located in Al Khobar. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to recipes and quality standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, and ensuring all food safety and sanitation regulations are followed. Additionally, the Line Cook will collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure orders are completed accurately and in a timely manner, assist with inventory management, and support in managing food preparation stations as needed.
Qualifications Competence in food preparation and cooking techniques Knowledge of kitchen safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices Organizational skills for maintaining a clean and efficient work environment Teamwork and communication skills for collaborating within the kitchen team Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively Prior experience as a line cook or working in a professional kitchen is advantageous Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Culinary training or certification is a plus
