Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. As a Thermoforming Supervisor, you will oversee daily thermoforming operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality production processes. The role includes supervising a team, managing schedules, troubleshooting production issues, inspecting finished products, and optimizing workflow. You will coordinate with the production manager to meet deadlines and maintain safety and quality standards.
Qualifications Mechanical Engineering and foundational engineering knowledge Proficiency in Engineering Management, Project Management, and overseeing processes Leadership skills and experience in Team Leadership Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for technical applications Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Familiarity with thermoforming machinery and processes Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing or plastics industry is an advantage
