As part of our regional expansion, Mannai is growing its operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and looking for Planning Manager to join our team.
Job Purpose The Planning Manager will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules for ELV projects, ensuring timely delivery, effective resource planning, and alignment with project objectives.
Key Responsibilities Develop detailed project schedules for ELV projects using appropriate planning tools. Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect actual performance. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure accurate planning inputs. Identify schedule risks, delays, and constraints, and propose mitigation plans. Prepare progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and variance analysis for management. Track project milestones and ensure alignment with contractual timelines. Support resource planning and manpower forecasting for ELV projects. Review subcontractor schedules and integrate them into the master program. Ensure planning activities comply with project requirements and company standards.
Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in project planning, preferably in ELV or ICT projects. Strong hands-on experience with planning software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project. Good knowledge of ELV systems and project execution processes. Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
