One of the leading FMCG retail store chain is looking to hire an Area Manager - Stores to handle their cluster store operations based in Riyadh.
The incumbent will oversees multiple locations, driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and leading store managers to meet company goals, focusing on business strategy, performance monitoring, staff training, budget management, customer service, and compliance with standards across their region. Key duties involve developing sales plans, analyzing data, implementing promotions, managing P&L, and ensuring consistency in service and brand representation.
Bachelor's degree in related field. Proven leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities. Strong analytical skills to interpret sales and financial data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be willing to work & based in Riyadh.
