Responsibilities:Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and reconciliations Create ad-hoc reports based on business needs and management requests Compile, file, and ensure compliance with tax regulations Analyze and interpret financial statements and periodicals Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities Assist in internal and external audits Support process improvements and ensure adherence to accounting standards
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field 1to3 years of proven experience in accounting or financial reporting Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point, etc.) Experience with accounting software and ERP systems Excellent communication and organizational skills High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
