Role Overview We are hiring a Content Writing Manager to lead our in-house content team and oversee all written content delivered to Soholat’s clients. This role is responsible for managing writers, setting content standards, ensuring consistency across brands, and translating client briefs into impactful Arabic-first content that delivers results. This is a leadership role, not a hands-on writing-only position. You will be accountable for quality, structure, tone, and delivery across multiple client accounts.
Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Arabic content writers Review, edit, and approve content across websites, landing pages, blogs, social media, ads, and marketing campaigns Define and maintain content guidelines, tone of voice, and brand consistency per client Plan and oversee content calendars in collaboration with account managers and marketing teams Translate client requirements and marketing strategies into clear content briefs for writers Ensure all content aligns with Saudi culture, market expectations, and business tone Maintain quality under tight deadlines and across multiple clients Work closely with design, performance marketing, and SEO teams to deliver integrated campaigns Continuously improve content processes, quality benchmarks, and team performance
Requirements5+ years of experience in content writing, with proven experience managing writers or content teams Previous experience in a digital marketing, branding, or content agency Strong expertise in Arabic content (Saudi tone + MSA); English proficiency is a strong plus Solid understanding of content used for marketing, branding, and lead generation Strong editing, feedback, and people management skills Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines Familiarity with SEO-friendly content and performance-driven copy is a plus Strong understanding of the Saudi market and audience behavior
