Job Title: Senior Architect – Fit-Out Location: Riyadh
Job Summary:We are seeking a Senior Architect – Fit-Out with experience in luxury hotel projects. The role ensures all architectural requirements are coordinated and executed to achieve the design intent, maintain high-quality standards, and meet project timelines. Key Responsibilities:Lead fit-out design and execution for luxury hotel interiors, delivering innovative and functional solutions. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Mentor and guide junior architects and design teams. Communicate design concepts effectively with clients and incorporate feedback. Ensure technical accuracy and feasibility, coordinating with engineering teams. Review and approve architectural plans, drawings, and specifications, ensuring compliance with standards, codes, and regulations. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants for smooth project execution. Stay updated on trends, technologies, and best practices in luxury hotel fit-out design. Support HSE initiatives and site safety compliance. Job Knowledge & Skills:Strong knowledge of fit-out architectural design, especially for luxury hotels. Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and other architectural software. Leadership and mentoring skills. Creativity to develop practical, elegant design solutions. ERP knowledge (preferably SAP) is an advantage. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience:Minimum 10+ years overall experience, with at least 5 years in fit-out projects for luxury hotels. GCC experience is a plus. Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
