Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah for a Dental Application Trainer. The Dental Application Trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training to clients, guiding them on the effective use of dental software applications. Responsibilities include planning, developing, and delivering instructor-led training sessions, offering technical support, and customizing training materials to meet client needs. The trainer will assist in troubleshooting application issues and ensure that users are confident and proficient in utilizing the software to optimize their workflows.

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse clients and team members Proficiency in Training and Instructor-led Training methods Experience in Instructional Design to create engaging and tailored training materials Solid knowledge of Information Technology systems and their applications Proven ability to provide technical guidance and software-related support A positive and patient attitude, with the ability to adapt to various learning styles Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Education, Information Technology, or Dental Sciences Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is an advantage
