About the Role We are looking for an experienced and detail‑oriented Tender Pricing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive pricing for construction tenders and project bids, ensuring all cost elements are properly analyzed and aligned with project requirements and market conditions.
Key Responsibilities: - Prepare accurate and competitive pricing for construction tenders and project bids - Analyze tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs to determine cost requirements - Conduct market research on material prices, labor rates, and subcontractor quotations - Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, pricing sheets, and BOQs - Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to gather required data - Identify risks, contingencies, and cost‑saving opportunities - Review commercial and technical requirements of each tender - Prepare and submit complete tender packages within deadlines - Support management during negotiations with clients and subcontractors - Maintain an updated database of suppliers, subcontractors, and market prices
Requirements: - Proven experience in tender pricing, cost estimation, or quantity surveying within the construction industry - Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and market pricing - Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents - Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field - Ability to read and analyze tender documents in Arabic is required- Excellent analytical and numerical skills - High attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency in estimation software and Excel - Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines - Strong communication and coordination skills - Experience pricing both small and large‑scale construction projects - Knowledge of the Saudi market and local pricing trends - Experience working with contractors, consultants, or developers
