Designing, implementing, and operationalizing Data Governance and Data Management frameworks aligned with national regulations and international best practices. Supporting full and ongoing PDPL compliance, including data lifecycle management, ROPA, data classification, data retention, and data subject rights processes. Leading and supporting Information Protection and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) initiatives, including data classification schemes, labeling, handling rules, and monitoring of sensitive data across systems and platforms. Coordinating with IT, Legal, HR, and Business units to embed data governance and privacy controls into daily operations and systems. Supporting audits, regulatory assessments, and internal assurance activities related to PDPL, NDMO, and related data regulations. Enhancing data quality, ownership, accountability, and stewardship across the organization.
