Responsibilities:

Participates in the development of banking policies and procedures for IT/ KSA branches based on the Bank's directives and pass them on to the Department of IT/ Head Office Implement the approved annual strategy and objectives that have been agreed upon with the IT Department / Head Office and with the CEO - KSA branches, provided that they are within the agreed estimated budgets Determine employees' goals based on the approved annual plan. Administratively and executively supervise the work of IT and employees. Ensures that the work is performed with the required efficiency and accuracy. Evaluate and develop employees' performance, in order to raise the level of service provided Participate in identifying and selecting devices, services and systems used in the Bank. Supervise / study the offers and bids submitted by external parties, with financial and technical analysis. Propose suitable recommendations and pass them on to the IT Department / Head Office to be studied, confirm recommendation and present them to the competent authority / concerned committee Supervise and make there are backup copies of the information and data of the systems used within the Head Office / KSA branches to ensure business continuity. This includes the management of the main data center and the disaster recovery center, to ensure the communication and data synchronization process between the two centers Follow up current and future business and user needs, and coordinate with the IT Department / Head Office for developing Information Systems at KSA branches. Follow up the management of the process of establishing and developing the necessary infrastructure for managing information systems in the Bank Periodically verify the effectiveness, integrity, continuity and validity of the work of all information systems used in the Bank. This pertains to the communication systems / operating systems used within the regional administration and the extent to which they fulfil user requirements, through a database of all documented errors / issues Study and prepare reports of malfunctions that occur on the communications system / banking systems, payment programs, backup systems, and databases of all kinds. Include mechanisms for addressing these malfunctions and their causes, and coordinate with the IT Department / Head Office in their regard Ensure to stay informed of new developments in the information systems field, in order to provide the best solutions, systems and appropriate services. Ensure that the latest confidentiality, security and protection systems are followed for the information systems used, devices and operating networks, to ensure the protection of the Bank's interests, in coordination with the IT Department / Head Office Manage relations with service suppliers, by ensuring that contract terms are implemented and Bank requirements are met within the specified times, in a manner that protects the Bank's rights Ensure that the day-to-day operations are conducted in accordance with the adopted policies and procedures and within the limits of granted authorities Review executive and control statements, and internal and external audit reports, according to their frequency. Take the necessary measures in this regard within the approved work procedures, in order to implement the work and achieve control over operations

Requirements

University degree in computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.

Work experience of at least (10) years in the job function, including (3) years in a managerial position.

Full knowledge of spoken and written English.

Competent use of computers and various application systems.

Full knowledge of different operating systems. Full knowledge of the network systems used in the Bank.

Full knowledge of banking systems and payment systems of all kinds.

Knowledge of supporting programming languages.

Full knowledge of the risks related to electronic banking services.

Knowledge of database management.

Knowledge of the laws and legislative frameworks governing the Bank's business.

Knowledge of the instructions, laws and legislative frameworks issued by regulators.

Knowledge of preparing estimated budgets.

Supervisory and managerial skills.

Analysis ability.

Ability to plan and organize.

Ability to motivate and work effectively in a team.

Full knowledge of the policies and procedures that govern work and their internal and external updates.

Ability to communicate and interact well with others.

Ability to work under pressure.
