Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Suppliers Relations Manager to manage and develop strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring cost efficiency, quality compliance, and timely delivery across our construction projects. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and subcontractors. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to achieve best value. Evaluate and monitor supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery). Coordinate with project, engineering, and procurement teams to meet project requirements. Resolve supplier-related issues and disputes efficiently. Identify, assess, and onboard new suppliers as required. Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply risks. Ensure supplier compliance with contractual, technical, and HSE requirements. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 10–15 years of experience in supplier management or procurement within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction materials, subcontractors, and supply chains. Proven negotiation and contract management skills. Experience with ERP systems and MS Office. Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Strong commercial and analytical mindset. Ability to manage multiple suppliers and projects simultaneously. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
