Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Riyadh. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying client needs, and promoting the company’s products and services, with a primary focus on office furniture and Audio-Visual (AV) solutions. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and collaborating closely with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies and drive market growth. The role also involves training customers on product usage, supporting project follow-ups, and maintaining expert knowledge of the company’s furniture and AV offerings. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs. Proven experience in sales and sales management, preferably in office furniture and/or Audio-Visual (AV) solutions. Ability to understand client requirements and propose tailored workspace and AV solutions. Experience in training and educating customers or team members on products and solutions. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales technologies is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in digital solutions, workspace services, office furniture, or AV industries is a strong plus.
