We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive (SMB) who is responsible for driving revenue from small and medium-sized customers through high-volume calls, structured follow-ups, fast deal closures, and meeting scheduling when required, with full commitment to assigned targets and daily CRM usage. The ideal candidate is target-driven, disciplined, and execution-focused, capable of handling high communication volume, closing short sales cycles, and consistently delivering results in a quota-carrying role.
Role Objective Manage the full sales cycle for SMB clients across shipping, last-mile, Dark stores, Fulfillment (B2B-B2C) and Technology services through structured phone outreach, lead qualification, meeting scheduling, fast quotations, and efficient deal closures.
Key Responsibilities1- Outreach & Lead Qualification Make a defined number of daily outbound and inbound calls Engage with small and medium e-commerce businesses Understand client operations and logistics needs Qualify potential customers
2- Opportunity Management Guide clients to the most suitable service Clearly explain pricing and service scope Send accurate quotations promptly Follow up consistently until decision
3- Meetings & Follow-ups Schedule online meetings when required Prepare meeting context and objectives Document outcomes and next steps Escalate qualified opportunities when needed4- Closing & Handover Close simple and mid-volume deals Ensure offer completion Smoothly hand over closed deals to operations
5- Reporting & Discipline Maintain accurate CRM updates Commit to clear monthly sales targets

Requirements1–3 years of Inside Sales or Telesales experience Proven experience with SMB clients Strong phone-based selling skills Target-driven and disciplined Preferred experience in logistics, shipping, e-commerce, or services Must be based in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh
