Job Description:
Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve targets in the furniture sector.
Leading and supervising the sales team while ensuring performance optimization.
Managing key accounts and major B2B clients (contractors – hotels – corporates).
Analyzing market trends, pricing, and competitors to explore growth opportunities.
Preparing sales forecasts, reports, and performance dashboards.
Collaborating with production, logistics, and finance teams for smooth operations.
Enhancing the team’s skills through ongoing coaching and training.
Building and maintaining long-term partnerships with high-value clients.

Core Requirements:
Previous experience in furniture companies (B2B) is must.
Experience of not less than 10 years in furniture sales, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
Strong ability to read floor plans and shop drawings.
Solid experience in preparing technical & financial proposals.
Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Excellent command of CRM tools and pipeline management.
