We are looking for a Leasing Officer to manage the leasing operations of commercial spaces within a mall or project. The role focuses on tenant acquisition, negotiations, contract preparation, and achieving leasing targets in line with approved policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities Engage with brands and potential tenants to market available commercial spaces. Prepare, review, and manage leasing contracts in compliance with approved policies. Follow up on lease renewals and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants. Coordinate unit handover and take-over processes between management and tenants. Analyze market demand and propose improvements to leasing strategies. Prepare periodic reports on occupancy rates and leasing performance. Participate in pricing strategies and promotional plans for available units. Follow up on rent collection and leasing-related fees in coordination with Finance. Resolve leasing-related issues and handle tenant complaints professionally. Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure units are ready before leasing. Participate in exhibitions and commercial events to promote leasing opportunities. Maintain and update tenant and contract databases regularly. Ensure compliance with commercial regulations and requirements issued by authorities. Submit regular performance and challenge reports to the Leasing Manager.
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.3–5 years of experience in leasing (mall, retail, or commercial real estate preferred).
