Account Manager

Job Description:The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing high-quality service. This role requires collaboration with internal teams and proactive management of client accounts
Responsibilities:Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs. Resolve complaints and prevent issues related to client accounts. Build, maintain, and manage relationships with client stakeholders (HR team, Finance team, etc.). Provide regular updates, respond to inquiries, and address client concerns in a timely manner. Ensure client satisfaction at all times. Submit, maintain, and track CRM requests. Review client account activity reports
Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related fie Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role. Excellent English language skills.
