Key Responsibilities:Develop products based on market needs and required alignment with REDF/MOH to ensure Company’s profitability, and competitive standing in the market. Develop written product policies and legal documentation in conjunction with stakeholders. Manages stakeholders including risk, credit, legal, Shari’a, IT, PMO, Marketing, and sales throughout product development tasks to ensure meeting deadlines as planned. Conduct frequent and thorough market scans, research, and analysis to ensure adequate company’s positioning in the market and competitiveness. Conducts proper data analysis to help mitigate risks and cover product related tasks. Prepares proposals, concept documents, letters, and reports as deemed necessary. Conducts general financial modeling/analysis to work with financial team in setting pricing and products parameters. Maintains a good relationship with REDF & MOH through proper business & technical communication. Communicates with MOH, REDF, GAZT, NHC, and any government related parties to help answer inquiries, resolve issues, and close gaps. Coordinates between SHL and REDF/MOH teams to ensure business processes progress (Sales, beneficiaries, product, IT, and other related support teams). Understands technical/system issues and coordinate between SHL and REDF/MOH to have them resolved. Analyzes/observes government provided leads’ quality and ensure proper leads treatment by SHL sales reps. Ensure quality and flow of government leads and maintaining adequate relationship with sales team. Conducts frequent meetings with external parties to ensure proper tie-ups are maintained according to company’s needs. Prepares monthly/weekly reports for management, partners, and SAMA, to show product development & partnership progress, and sales and partnership conduct. Understands CRMs (in general), and being able to extract reports and analyze them. Analyzes existing business processes and proposes enhancements frequently. Prepares slides on power point to deliver outcomes of research, progress, and analysis. Prepares products training materials and delivers training sessions. Works closely with marketing to review and recommend modifications on surveys, questionnaires, research criteria to inject products’ needs and prospective. Work hand in hand with Marketing team to ensure conveyance of required messages to targeted segments. Supports sales through answering inquires, generating solutions, and tracking issues. Works with IT team to enhance system according to product/business needs and monitor 3rd parties progress. Supports in conducting gap analysis, business plans, and segmentations tasks on a strategic level to inject products prospective and unify visions of different departments Works hand in hand with Sales head to ensure proper work low is being utilized, in addition to fulfilling sales needs in terms of products, features, technical enhancements …etc. Works hand in hand with R/E partnership manager to support in developing proper documentation such as NDA, MOU, and other required documentation, and to support in making deals and soliciting required approvals and agreements with government entities. Supports other teams to resolve beneficiaries/clients process and technical issues. Participate in resolving major issues related to companies finances, process, and external communications. Follows/conducts tasks assigned by management as deemed necessary.
Requirements:5 year industry experience or proven related skills & achievements in a related industry is desirable. Knowledge: An understanding of product development, and mortgage market. Previous work on research, business analysis and data analysis are a plus as this experience brings a balanced perspective and inclination for teamwork in achieving corporate goals.
Education: College degree (BS or MBA) preferably in business. Related work experience is a plus. Skills & general understanding of business counts.
